For first-time clients, we begin with a paid consultation to make sure we're aligned before any sourcing work starts.
This session covers your product requirements, budget, and timeline, and lets us give you an honest read on feasibility before you commit to a full order.
Pricing & fees
Initial Consultation & Commitment
To ensure a focused and efficient start to our collaboration, we charge a one-time upfront commitment fee of $50 for first-time clients, on their first order only.
This fee covers the initial time and effort involved in searching for and communicating with suppliers, researching suitable options, finding and comparing prices, and getting your sourcing project underway.
Once the fee is received, we'll begin working on your project and keep you updated throughout the sourcing process. This ensures we're both aligned and committed to moving forward.
If you decide not to proceed with your order immediately, you can return when you're ready without paying another commitment fee. You will also not be required to pay a commitment fee when you place another order in the future.
Please note: the $50 commitment fee is non-refundable once the initial consultation has been conducted.
